This section houses almost all available custom maps for use in Red Alert multiplayer games against the AI in "Skirmish" mode or against human opponents. Each map is packed in zip file to save server disk space and bandwidth, also in order to make it possible to verify data integrity of downloaded files.

To use these maps:
Click on the "Download" link of the map you want and choose a place to download it on your hard drive. Unzip the map(s) you want to your main Red Alert directory (usually C:\WESTWOOD\REDALERT).
This can be done using PeaZip utility which can be downloaded for a free.

You can now start up Red Alert and choose the map(s) to play on from the list of maps in the multiplayer settings. Note, if you have several maps in your directory, Red Alert can take longer to load up (although it does not affect the gameplay). If you wish to remove maps simply delete or rename files ending with a .mpr extension.

Description: This is one of my most favorite maps that I have made. I made more of a effort in this one to try and resemble nature. This map should be fun for both soviets and allies. It is a mountainous map with a big cool looking lake in the middle. I gave everyones base pretty much equal amounts of ore and helped make them so one guys isn't in the middle of 5 bases. Have fun.

Description: This is a winter map, wich I am more accustom to. This map gives the edge to the soviets, since its mostly land. But the allies can put up a good fight by going around the large island and killin people with cruisers. I think that this map gives better equality than the last one. I added lots of rivers (at least I think so) to try and make it more fun to play on. Have fun.

Description: This is on of my first maps that is not a winter map. It is made so that the Allies and Soviets should be more equally matched on the sea. It has a bunch of islands, and a heavilly ore and gem populated island in the middle. You can secure this island but it is vulnerable to attack on all sides. Have fun.
